Vair provides highly quantitative training, including financial modeling courses with spreadsheet analysis. One of our primary goals is to teach participants how to negotiate from financial models. Our courses are taught by active project developers and financial advisors who use the techniques imparted to drive real infrastructure projects and deals on a daily basis. As such, we use the same real-world methods and industry techniques we employ on behalf of our advisory clients. We are decidedly not a PowerPoint-based training company.
Vair Training uses hands-on, learn-by-doing teaching methods. Our philosophy is to teach more than just Excel techniques and financial theory; we approach the model from three distinct points: 1) Technical, 2)Analytical; and, 3) Commercial.
Successful participants will master the tools required to conceive, build, and test a robust financial model that will ultimately allow them to "negotiate off the model" and correctly "price the deal".
